4. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the Contact Us form, the information you provide is stored within our website administration system so authorized administrators can review and manage your enquiry. An external email notification system is not required for this storage.

As between TenantSimplified and the customer, customers retain their rights in the data and content they enter or upload. Using TenantSimplified does not transfer ownership of your property-management records to us. You provide us only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, secure and otherwise handle that data to provide the Service.
